JoeUser Support - Do You Have Trouble Logging In?

Hello Everyone,

Recently, JoeUser.com made some big changes to the way you login to the website. Because of these changes, some of you may encounter difficulties logging in. If you find yourself in this group, please let us know by dropping us an email (George@Stardock.com) or by leaving a posted response on this thread. We are interested in finding out who have problems, and why they are having them. In doing so, we can determine the best way to solve this issues.

To help answer some of the more forward questions, here is a list of recommended requirements for this website. (Note: this thread is for login issues only.)

Latest Version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/ie/)
Latest Version of Sun Java (http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp)
First-party Cookies Enabled/Allowed

Okay folks, you should no longer have that annoying little error with the doubling up effect of your website added to your address when navigating. Sorry about that! Didn't quite catch that upon initial testing because it only appears on certain accounts.. who knew! Anyway, I hope this has helped some people who had this problem. If by chance you still do have this problem, please let me know by posting here in this forum. I do appreciate your feedback.
